Mapping inner contours onto outer ones, photographer Tatiana Porcero explores the human body in this Inner Cartography series. Her imagery has a visceral quality found in Mexican religious icons and the paintings of Frida Kahlo. She is one of over a dozen artists featured at The Mexican Cultural Institute of New York Virtual Gallery, a non-profit branch of the Mexican Consulate in New York working to further a greater awareness of Mexico?s rich cultural legacy.
