The Brittany Miller Foundation is a charitable organization formed in the fall of 1995 to fill a great need in our community: providing financial assistance to families from the Hudson Valley who have children undergoing long-term medical treatment at the Westchester Medical Center in Valhalla, New York. Zig works with his sister organization to provide funds for programs in the pediatric oncology clinics in our state to meet the emotional and financial needs of these families. These programs focus on keeping the family intact and functional during this crisis. Zink the Zebra Foundation believes that no child should suffer the physical pain of childhood cancer and the psycho-social pain of rejection and scorn that so often accompanies the disease. Zink's story was written by Les Weil's 11-year-old daughter Kelly, who died of leukemia in 1993.
